Born in 1941, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and living in a standard neighborhood with lots of kids in my age group. While these boys were enjoying their Saturdays, my mother would drop me to her factory to learn woodworking. I hated it and her, but now I know her vision was far beyond my pea brain reach and future.
I became an accountant and devoted my life working as such until 1980. When my wife and children showed interest in mahogany furniture I decided to dive into the art and show off my skill. Today I am still making dust and creating heirlooms. I live on St. Croix, USVI since 1966.
